This online series offers simple and practical ways of blending mindfulness and journal writing to honour your unique journey of grief. You will discover tools to validate and express thoughts and feelings, while gently orienting toward that which is nourishing and supportive.
This course will empower grievers through agency, self-compassion, and personal expression. Sessions include grief-sensitive meditations, writing prompts and weekly takeaways & resources to develop your own practice. We will also explore some unhelpful misconceptions about grief; along with the latest info that supports the needs of those living with loss.

- Experience the restorative nature of creativity & imagery.
- Connect with your intuition and inner wisdom.
THIS COURSE WILL HELP YOU:
- Identify challenges, needs and sources of support.
- Notice how you are already showing up for yourself.
- Attune to the nourishing aspects of the everyday.
- Allow yourself to grieve in your own way, in your own time.
Suitable for bereaved adults. No writing experience required.
Sessions will be on a zoom platform. Please bring a notebook & pen - and ensure you have a computer with audio/video capabilities and a private space free from distractions.
For group comfort, cameras will remain on and mics muted.
Sharing is limited and optional. *Recordings available (with option to pause recording when sharing).
